tgk tajuk, TAKUT TAK?? hahaha. relax2, im not turning to GREEN, RED, or BLACK GIANT,...
just nak reveal few things yg ramai tk tau...

okeh, this is me...BEFORE HERBALIFE!






CHUBBY tak??
k for some people i know, they said its normal..
for people i love, they said "ko tk gemuk,ok je"
but for me..
i know my body BETTER...

THANK YOU to people yg dh keluarkn statement "menyayangi" sy n "mnjaga" ati sya..
YES, sy sgt bersyukur anda menjadi sbhagian hidup sy..

but deep in my heart..
I KNOW MY BODY BETTER..
bkn sabun bodybutter tu ye..

okeh,time to reveal..
most people tk tau my previous weight is 71 + kg !!! (ini selepas beberape minggu menggunakan HERBALIFE, berat asal...dalam 72-73kg)
ok,now u know...
sy agk segan nk bgtau my actual weight tau!! not even to my bf!
hanye my family je tau,

bygkan..i have excess of 20 + kg in my body
and, sgt terdedah dgn bahaya penyakit!!
tk tau smpai bila kaki ni larat nk bwk bdn..if larat pun,lama2 mest akan terjadi something..

CAN U IMAGINE??

erhm..mula2 nk try HERBALIFE...byk sgt komen

n 1 lg..sbb dh byk product kurus kt MALAYSIA ni...
so byk la yg tkt tk berkesan selain tkder income tetap...

susah nk control mkn, n susah nk disiplin!!

tp dlm degil2 tu pun, try jgk...bygkan...my trainer said, "jgn curi2 mkn" but my heart say "jom curi2 mkn,LAPAR"...hahaha

mula2 ingt nk mkn sendiri je...tp pastu, again WHY NOT share dgn org ramai??

start tu la...i've made my 1 month trial,.as my 1 month trial of the product and how it work best on me..and may be good as well to others! kan2??

i keep going on dieting, kdg2 terkehel jgk! tp unbelievable..HERBALIFE..maintain my weight..n continue helping me to keep on losing more kg after that!!

i'm just cutting down my calorie intake in the morning and at night...
tp sy TAMBAHKAN NUTRITION in my body!!

ALHAMDULILLAH!!!...i've choose my life..i've choose my path...why dont u???

STS yg GEMPAK!!!!

last Sunday,...untuk pertama kalinya.....
I JOINED STS!!!
from 10 am to 11 am, ramai positive people yg share many AMAZING STORIES!!!

i was impressed by them,especially by the "berusia" man, bukak sluar lama dpn audience lg!!!
TERKEJUT SMUA ORG

tp sbnarnye....ader another pants kat dlm, yg bersaiz lebih kecik.
hahahhaaa
it was amazing tau tgk mcm mana, org yg dulu nye "bersaiz extra" n kurang bertenaga, bleh jadi ENERGETIC,SIHAT, n, LOSE WEIGHT in a healthier way

lepas tu tgk people present their income selama involve in HERBALIFE...'
wow
i'm speechless

seronok tgk org dpt change their lifestyle to a better one..
n lebih seronok if my love ones join me n be healthier,...
tkpyh kaya2...cukup skadar sihat...n insyallah bile jga kesihatan baik2...maybe (insyallah) bleh siht untuk spnjg kehidupan..
tp of course la people nk become rich..tp biar berpada2...huhuhu...

lepas tu,...bile masuk afternoon, dgr speaker guest plak
i was blur at first,.(sbb tk tau why they cheer soooo loud)...tp tkpe,maintain sbb dpt rase the "POSITIVE" aura...tp best diorg punye talk...a nice one!!!
i learned a lot!!!

btul kn kate org, kte belajar smpai mati..
n i'm practicing it now..seronok ble dpt lebih byk knowledge about things i'm interested in..
at least dpt share ngn org...since i LOVE to talk n share!!

YAHOOOO...

as i remember someone told me that, when we r sincere,..good things will come..
ALHAMDULILLAH...
i pray that the thing will stay in my heart, something that hard to maintain in the current environment..

overall summary,...i'm SOOOO HAPPY n EXCITED to start it all over again,...
the people i met there r sooo positive about life...
n plg penting they had opened my eyes to see it clearer n also,..to start appreciate people around me.
especially my FAMILIA.....

importance of breakfast

hari ni breakfast shake, semalam...shake jgk...kelmarin pn sma..
rutin for breakfast tk ubah pun,just kdg2 take tea mixed for extra energy n muscle building (untuk bakar lemak n buang toxin dlm bdn)

n now,pg2 pg class bwk SHAKE k...hahaha...tk sempat di rumah,kt class pun jadi la...kn2???

lets SHAKE,SHAKE,SHAKE!!!!!

ok my menu for breakfast..

yes yes yes...as EASY as 1,2,3
it best for
 hydration,my tummy,my skin, for weight management,n many others

untuk org2 yg tk suke breakfast heavy pun,its a gud choice
asalkan jgn tggl breakfast tau...it start ur day!!

sape ckp diet kna berlapar je??
my diet option is HERBALIFE...
SEDAP,KENYANG n BERKHASIAT tau..

at least i dont skip my breakfast
sbb breakfast sgt laaaaa penting...
especially for student like us
(like me!!!)
n people yg susah cri mase nk exercise(like me!!!)

ok..lets check out,the IMPORTANCE of breakfast...
  1. elakkan mengantuk (breakfast tu breakfast jgk..tp jgnla take a heavy one,mkn skadar yg perlu for nutritions we need,so it keeps us focus)
  2. helps overall learning process (since kte perlukan lots of energy for the whole day,untuk blajar subjek2 yg bkn berbeza2,)
  3. help in weight management..(bkn promote tp fact ok?? elakkan obesiti,sbb bile lapar dr pagi bwk ke tghari or even ptg pun,itu akn menyebabkan kte lapar n terlebih mkn dr yg sepatutnye..)
  4. there was a study done,n ikut study tu,students yg mkn breakfast on a regular basis are able to remember n retrieve information quickly n accurately..(wow,that is what we need!!!)
hmmm...tu la serba skit pasal importance of breakfast..

so lepas ni,jgn lupe take ur breakfast...tp beware of ur choice k..jgn bg perut terkejut pagi2 bile kena isi dgn heavy things...n lebih baik lg..kalau sblum mkn, sembahyang SUBUH, n mandi dulu ye...

n remember,.
KURANGKAN MANIS DLM MAKANAN LEBIHKN MANIS DLM SENYUMAN,

JOM JADIKAN HEALTHY BREAKFAST AMALAN KITA...hehehe
